Are your products original?
Yes! All our products are 100% authentic
Korean skincare, directly sourced from trusted suppliers in South Korea.
Are these products safe for my skin?
While our products are genuine and
dermatologically tested, every skin is different. We recommend checking ingredients and online reviews before purchase. We do not take responsibility
for adverse reactions.
What are the delivery charges?
- Advance Payment Orders: Flat Rs. 100
- Cash on Delivery (COD): Rs. 300
Note: Charges may vary based on your location or
courier rate updates.
Do I have to pay tax on COD orders?
Yes. As per Finance Act 2025–2026, COD
orders include:
- 2% Withholding Tax
- 2% Sales Tax
Total 4% tax is calculated on
your order total + delivery charges.
IMPORTANT: For COD orders, the tax amount
must be transferred in advance via bank transfer or EasyPaisa.

What payment methods are available?
We accept:
- Bank Transfer
- EasyPaisa
- Cash on Delivery (COD — with pre-tax deposit)
How long does delivery take?
Shipping Time: 1–2 working days after payment confirmation

- 5–10 working days (for remote areas or under special conditions)
We primarily use Leopard Courier Services. If not available in your area, an alternative courier will be arranged.
Can I return or exchange a product?
Returns are allowed only for damaged, leaking, or broken items — not outer packaging — and must be reported within 12 hours of delivery with an unboxing video. Buyers must return the item at their own cost for a replacement or refund. No
pickup service is offered.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, within 24 hours of placing it. After that, cancellation is not accepted.
How can I track my order?
After your order is processed, we can
send you:
- Product photo
- Courier receipt with tracking ID
